Bill Griffin – Chief Financial Officer, Senior Partner

 Bill, holding the dual role of CFO and majority shareholder here at Lakeside also is the President of Olt and Griffin Development Company which was formed in 1966.  Bill has developed and owned hotels, restaurants, subdivisions and other commercial properties.  Specific projects have included a 32 acre sports and civic center complex as well as a marina.  Bill has been responsible for more than $350 million in real estate transactions to date.  He has been a residential and commercial real estate practitioner since1961, granting him extensive experience in all aspects of real estate planning and management.  Bill and his wife of 49 years, Diane, have maintained a vacation home here at the Lake of the Ozarks for more than 30 years.

 

Tim Cribb  - General Manager, Partner

 Tim has been in the building industry for nearly 30 years.  Originally from the Chicagoland area, Tim was the President of Sterling Homes, Ltd., a building company in DuPage County, Illinois.  Tim and his partner, Pete Otto would build 40-50 custom and semi-custom homes per year.  Sterling Homes had been hand selected by one of the largest privately held corporations in North America, The Crown Group to participate in several planned communities throughout DuPage and Kane Counties, in Illinois.  Sterling Homes had earned the reputation for quality and value.    Tim is a high energy person who holds a passion for detail and quality.    We utilize his input and expertise in all facets of our Development.  Tim and his wife, Debbie relocated here to the Lake after several years in the Mission Field.  They have three sons, Kyle, Kory and Kody.

 
David Stone ("Stoney")  - Project Manager

“Stoney” is our Project Manager who handles the day to day activities in the field.  Having worked in the construction industry for 32 years, Stoney brings his expertise of commercial projects here to Lakeside.  Formerly managing multi-million dollar budgets and the construction of high-rise buildings, parking garages, shopping malls, and condominium projects, Stoney works closely with the subcontractors as we construct our infrastructure and multi-family residences.  Originally from southwest Missouri, Stoney loves lake living and resides here with his wife, Lindy and their dog, Murphy.

 
Chad Lewis  - Sales and Marketing

Chad has been involved in the real estate industry for several years and sold over $1 million within the first 6 months of his career.  Chad is also a transplant to the Lake Area coming from a fast paced area in Illinois.  Chad’s low key style of sales puts folks at ease while he presents our Development with enthusiasm and confidence.  Chad’s love of water sports and boating gives him invaluable perspective on Lake Living here at the Lake of the Ozarks.

 

Debbie Cribb – Construction Department

Debbie comes as a bonus package with Tim.  Married for 27 years they continue to work together seamlessly.  Debbie handles the scheduling of subcontractors, and the ordering of materials for any interior component of our residential side of the construction.  Additionally she tends to the day to day activities in the office and assists Bill, Tim, Stoney and Chad whenever necessary.  She and Chad will be the liaisons between homeowners and the field to assure the needs of our customers are handled promptly and efficiently.
